Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship from fulfillment centers in the US and internationally depending on product availability. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or supplier availability.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@thebeydepot.store with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Bey Depot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
